Are the gemstones in my bracelet exactly like the ones pictured?
All of our gemstones are natural and untreated, which means there may be slight variations in color. Additionally, colors may look different depending on the device you are using to view the products.
What if my pet’s coloration doesn’t resemble any of the bracelets pictured?
We can create custom bracelets based on your pet’s unique coloring! Simply send us a photo of your pet, and we will craft a custom piece for you.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during high-volume periods such as holidays, shipping may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
Where is my order confirmation?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available when you place your order.
What if I want to return something?
We hope you love your purchase! If there’s an issue, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please note that all custom orders are final sale.
